The second marking period is quickly coming to an end.  In PE class, the upper grades are involved in a floor hockey unit.  They are practicing dribbling, fielding, driving, passing, and goalkeeping.  They are also learning the rules of the game in order to play one on one competitions.  A written quiz will be given at the end of the unit.  Grades K-1-2 are finishing the ball handling unit by being tested on bouncing, tossing, rolling, and catching.  The students will also practice with scoops and balls.  Grade 3 is practicing basketball skills and playing lead-up games.  Please remember to wear sneakers for PE.  If you wear boots to school, bring your sneakers in your bookbag.  Have a great week!
