Welcome February! We have many events to celebrate thismonth. Groundhog Day and Valentine's Day are approaching
soon. The Super Bowl is on February 7th, followed by the
Winter Olympics. Go Team USA!
This cycle in Physical Education, grades 4-5-6 continue with
the basketball unit, practicing skills through drills and lead-up
games. Worksheets are due during this cycle. The primary
grades are finishing the ball handling unit and will soon be
working on the tumbling mats. All students should be practicing to be able to tie
their own shoes. Shoes will be removed when working on the mats.
On January 28th, Mrs. Piatt's and Ms Dennis' classes will meet in the classroom
due to H1N1 vaccines being given to grades 4-5-6 in the gym.
Library Book Exchange groups will work on Super Bowl puzzles and color pages
this cycle.
