October is a very busy month for students at NSE! The kindergarten
fall festival is on October 15th. An assembly for all grade levels (Brain
Show Mania) will be held on October 16th. Mrs. Bound's class will have
PE for 20 minutes in the classroom and then report to the gym. 3SS, 4K,
and 1W will meet in the classroom. 2D, enjoy your field trip! On
October 21st, a program on Anthracite Heritage will be presented to
all students. 5W, 6O, and 3L will meet in the classroom on that day.
We will complete worksheets concerning our mining heritage in all
library book exchange classes this cycle.
In physical education this cycle, primary classes are jumping rope and
grades 4-5-6 will enjoy a base game.
